RentGlide (the “Application” or “Service”) is a private, internal business application provided by Offer Solve LLC (“Offer Solve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use by authorized employees and contractors of Align Living Group LLC and its affiliates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Application, how we use it, and the choices available to authorized users.
This Policy applies to information processed through the Application by authorized users acting on behalf of their organization. Information entered into the Application about properties, transactions, vendors, tenants, and other business records is the confidential and proprietary business data of Offer Solve LLC and its clients, and is governed by the applicable business and confidentiality agreements between the parties rather than this Policy.
When an account is created or maintained, we collect identifying details such as your name, user ID, email address, telephone and mobile numbers, job title, company, time zone, and profile image.
To sign you in, we generate and process one-time passcodes sent to your account email, along with related sign-in records. We do not require you to maintain a password for routine access.
We automatically record activity within the Application, including log-in events, IP address, browser and device information, pages and features accessed, and timestamps. These records support security, troubleshooting, and auditing.
We process the business content you create or upload while using the Application, such as notes, documents, records, and communications.

The Application uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, and operate core functionality. Because these are essential to an authenticated internal tool, the Application may not function properly if they are disabled.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including passwordless one-time-code sign-in and access controls based on user role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for promptly reporting any suspected compromise.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Application, operate our business, and satisfy legal, audit, and recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified in accordance with our practices.
Use of the Application may be logged, monitored, and audited at any time for security, compliance, quality, and business purposes. Authorized users should have no expectation of privacy in their activity within the Application beyond what is described in this Policy and any applicable employment or contractor agreements.
You may update most profile details within the Application. For security and account-integrity reasons, certain identifiers—such as your email address—can only be changed by an administrator. To request changes to information you cannot edit, or to ask a question about your information, contact us using the details below.
The Application is intended solely for authorized business users and is not directed to, or intended for use by, children under the age of 18.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
